Human Resources Officer for our key markets Belgium, Holland and France

Your tasks as an human resources officer include: application management (recruitment planning and coordination of the cooperations with universities and high schools in the key markets, placing job advertisements, coordinating the incoming job candidates, organising recruitment events), contract management, human resources development (organising and executing training sessions, developing and monitoring the continuing education of our employees), project management (preparing process chains and presentations, monitoring the course of processes), administrative back up, telephone support and follow up with our employees working abroad, organising meetings and workshops. You will be based in Pfäffikon SZ/Switzerland.

Profil

 

If you have a degree in human resources mangement or in a related degree, experience in project- and process management and good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and you are: flexible, well organised, have excellent administrative and communicative skills, used to work independently, willing to work hard and if you are fluent in Dutch - French - English, have a good knowledge of German and would like being part of an innovative team where every team member is highly valued then we'd like to talk to you!
